The newsletter was dedicated to the sport of roller skating at the local and national levels and included reports on skate events, types of roller dancing, figure skating, and highlighted skaters. According to the newsletter, "This paper is published monthly by Skateland and its allied clubs, co-operating with the Roller Skating Rink Operators' Association and The National Council of Roller Skating Clubs of the United States, for a permanent betterment the sport of Roller Skating."
