"Cleveland Mayor Carl Stokes and Rev . Jesse Jackson , national head of Operation Breadbasket , chat together before Mayor Stokes delivered an address in connection with Black Expo in Chicago 9/30 . Mayor Stokes called for a "black political strategy for 1972 " which "may mean the actual running of a black person for president. " Black Expo is a commerical exposition at Chicago's International Amphitheatre , which is sponsored by Operation Breadbasket."--photo front .
