Stokes' runaway nominating victory in the 21st Congressional District was predicted by his children, who stayed up with him all night at University Circle's Howard Johnson Motel. This picture was taken this morning at the Stokes' residence, 3130 Albion Rd., Shaker Heights. Surrounding Stokes are children Shelly, 17 (left); Louis C., 13, and Angela, 11.
