Facade of Georgia marble covers the lowest level of the building on the Rockwell Avenue side and is partially finished on the East 6th Street side. Large collection of building materials sits at the base of the building on the Rockwell Avenue side of the building. A temporary pedestrian covered walkway is shown on the East 6th Street side. Edge of the East Ohio Gas Building is on the left.
