"Hillcrest Hospital, an acute care community hospital with 296 beds, 36 bassinets and 15 Neonatal Intensive Care bassinets, was established in 1968 in an active suburban setting, one of the most progressive in Greater Cleveland. The medical staff is comprised of well qualified primary care physicians supported by a wide range of specialties. Continually expanding and updating its programs and services, the hospital is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art diagnostic and treatment capabilities. It has established unique programs to provide treatment capabilities. It has established unique programs to provide on an out-patient and at-home basis and is comminted to educating and caring for the community it serves with innovative outreach programs. Hillcrest Hospital provides emergency care, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, with a full time staff of Emergency certified and accredited physicians. The Emergency Departement nursing staff is accredited in advance cardiac life support and mobile intensive care nursing. Hillcrest is a base station hospital, with a paramedic coordinator who maintains communication with the emergency squads in the area.
