Clipping on back says, "Pavers pour concrete on the fill in the background, while finishing touches are put on the new E. 34th Street Bridge over the Erie Railroad in the foreground. This $1,000,000 replacement of the ancient viaduct across Kingsbury Run will be ready for traffic before the $12,000,000 Willow Freeway is opened from the cloverleaf to E. 49th St. at Dalton Ave. in December."
