Cedar Lee commercial district. A gas station stood on this site until the early 2000s, when the building (a later building) was demolished and the site was slated for redevelopment. This original gas station (likely built in 1920s) was replaced later, in 1940 (building permit #26048) replaced with a more modern white replacement. Apartment at right (3205 Meadowbrook Blvd.) built 1926 |
