DescriptionShaker Heights' first apartment house, located in the apartment zone surrounding Moreland Circle, is in repair. The lawn has sparse grass and piles of wood lie in front of the building that has cranes and beams protruding from the glassless windows and roof. While there are trees in background and it is clearly undeveloped, the piles of dirt in the foreground are proof of the then present construction and renovation.
