Residence of Jacob Tegardine residence on the southwest corner of Detroit and Warren Rd. Tegardine was the fourth Mayor of Lakewood, 1900-1901. The house contained 17 rooms and was later used as Lakewood's first City Hall until 1918 when the Rhodes house in Lakewood Park was purchased for this purpose.
