DescriptionHigh level Bridge is the largest double-deck bridge in the world. The lower deck has a span for six street car tracks and the upper deck is for pedestrians. In the background can be seen lake, breakwaters, piers, lighthouses of the shipping in Cuyahoga River and the huge industrial district called the "Flats".
