Cleveland poet d. a. levy at County Courthouse in 1967, charged with "contributing to the delinquency of a minor" and publishing "obscene" literature. Around the same time this photograph was taken, similar images were used in a Cleveland Press newspaper article on March 30, 1967 after levy was interviewed by journalist Dick Feagler.
