DescriptionBuilt in 1931, the Eagle Avenue Viaduct was Cleveland's first vertical lift bridge as well as the 6th vertical lift bridge in the United States. The viaduct's primary purpose was to link both sides of the Flats. The viaduct was demolished in 2005.
