Cleveland State University's Rhodes Tower, St. Vincent Charity Hospital (2351 East 22nd Street) and Cuyahoga Community College Metropolitan Campus are on the left. The United States Postal Service on Orange Avenue is in the middle background. The storage tanks of Shell Oil Products U.S. Cleveland Terminal (2201 West 3rd Street) are on the right side of the photograph. The Innerbelt is on the extreme right. The photograph was taken using a Cirkut Camera No. 10 and the view is 207 degrees.
