"Ground was broken yesterday for a $6000 addition to Clague Park Cabin. Mayor Hugh D. Price presents the shovel used to Mrs. Rose Mustee, 1958 welfare chairman of the Westlake Women's Club. The club sponsored the project and raised the money with the help of a door-to-door canvass by Westlake High School seniors.
